These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phpopen platform, including all games, betting services, payment functions, promotions, and any other features available through phpopen. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
Registration and participation on phpopen is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and older. This is a mandatory PAGCOR regulatory requirement. phpopen enforces age verification through KYC document checks on every account. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

Each player may maintain only one active phpopen account. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been met.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or promotion only; these Terms shall otherwise govern.

Each eligible person is permitted to hold one (1) phpopen account only. Household members sharing an address may register individual accounts, but phpopen reserves the right to impose shared deposit and withdrawal limits across accounts sharing the same address, device, or payment method.
To access phpopen's real-money services, you must complete registration by providing a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, creating a secure password, and agreeing to these Terms. phpopen reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason.
You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account information should any details change. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
phpopen is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID card, driver's license, SSS ID, or Philippine passport) and may also be asked to provide proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will restrict your ability to withdraw funds. phpopen may suspend an account pending completion of KYC at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpopen login credentials. All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you, is your responsibility. phpopen will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. You must notify phpopen immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
phpopen accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, RCBC, and other approved payment channels. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the phpopen deposit page and may vary by payment method. phpopen does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. phpopen is not responsible for any delays caused by your payment provider.
phpopen strictly prohibits deposits from payment accounts not registered in the name of the phpopen account holder. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account will result in the amount being returned to the source and may trigger an account investigation. This includes deposits from shared bank accounts unless both parties' identities are verified.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of full KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of all applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) phpopen's anti-money laundering review processes; and (d) minimum withdrawal thresholds as specified on the phpopen withdrawal page. phpopen will process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the platform. phpopen reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder. phpopen may require additional verification before processing withdrawals to new payment methods.
All phpopen balances, transactions, and payouts are displayed and processed in Philippine Peso. Any conversion from foreign currency is solely the responsibility of the player and any associated foreign exchange costs are borne by the player.
Bonuses and promotions offered by phpopen are subject to individual terms, which include minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering multipliers, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry periods. Players must read the specific terms of each promotion before opting in. phpopen reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. phpopen will clearly state the wagering requirement applicable to each bonus in the promotion's specific terms.
phpopen operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk or zero-variance betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional conditions. phpopen reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and winnings where abuse is suspected or confirmed, and to permanently suspend the accounts involved.
Note on Promotional Claims: Claiming a welcome bonus or any other phpopen promotion constitutes your agreement to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
phpopen sources its games from licensed game studios whose software is certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and random number generation (RNG) integrity. phpopen does not modify game outcomes in any way. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information panels.
In the event of a game, system, or network malfunction that results in a round being interrupted or an incorrect outcome being displayed, phpopen reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player. Any apparent win that resulted from a documented system error will be voided regardless of the amount displayed. phpopen's malfunction determination is final.
All sports bets placed on phpopen — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, sabong, e-sports, and other markets — are subject to phpopen's sports betting rules, which govern event postponements, walkovers, market suspensions, and result verification. Odds are subject to change before bet placement is confirmed. Confirmed bets will be settled at the odds displayed at time of confirmation.
Players must not engage in any of the following conduct on phpopen:

Where phpopen is found liable by a competent court, its total liability to you shall not exceed the balance held in your phpopen account at the time the claim arose.
You may close your phpopen account at any time by contacting phpopen customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of all bonus wagering requirements will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to phpopen's standard withdrawal processing times. Closing an account does not cancel any outstanding bets that have been placed and confirmed.
phpopen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; accounts dormant for more than 12 consecutive months; regulatory requirement; or any other circumstance where phpopen determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive calendar months of no login or transaction activity. phpopen will notify the account holder via email before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Any balance remaining after applicable fees may be withdrawn upon successful account reactivation and identity re-verification.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through phpopen's internal complaints process.
Before commencing any legal proceedings, players are required to submit a formal written complaint to phpopen's customer support team. phpopen will respond to all formal complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Where a complaint relates to a PAGCOR-regulated matter, players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR.
phpopen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phpopen will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued access to or use of phpopen following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using phpopen and request account closure.
